FedWorld - The National Technical Information Service (NTIS)
introduced FedWorld in November 1992 to help users gain access to U.S. government information online.
FedWorld can keep you up to date with government information worldwide. FedWorld provides access to thousands
of government documents and files, including those covering health and safety, and the environment.
Free catalogs can be ordered online that describe the hundreds of government documents available from NTIS.
National Criminal Justice Reference Service - Through
this service you can access copies of research papers, search their archives for data about criminal
justice issues, or connect to any of the agencies on the "Police Resource List." The list includes sites
in Canada, Italy, Latvia, the Netherlands, Sweden, and the United Kingdom. When a foreign language page
appears, there should be a place on the screen that will allow you to change it to English. Included in
the list are federal agencies, domestic police, university agencies, military police, and even the Oneida
Indian Nation Police Department.
